If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, simply
follow the returns procedure below.
1. Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of
purchase. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn,
altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.
2. Complete the Contact Us form. Advise the reason for the return, and if
you are seeking a refund or exchange.
3. We can exchange items for a different size or colour. If you wish to
exchange for a different style, we recommend returning your purchase for a
refund, and re-ordering the required style.
4. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept
responsibility for lost items.

6. Once the item(s) have been received we'll review them, and once cleared, you
will either receive your new item(s) (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at
purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for
the purchase or by EFT.
7. Initial shipping charges are not refunded for goods returned (other than for
faulty items). Items we exchange for you will be sent at no extra cost.
Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
8. We recommend that you try-on your garment as soon as you receive it.
This will ensure that sufficient time exists to return/exchange your garment
within the required 14-day period from purchase.
